Sandra Grinker
Principal
Sandra Grinker serves as head of administrative functions at Montgomery & Co. In her role, Ms. Grinker is responsible for the firm's human resources and compliance departments. Additionally, she is responsible for other administration matters including facilities management, information technology, and supervision of administrative staff.
Prior to joining Montgomery & Co. in February 2003, Ms. Grinker was director of human resources and administration for The Market Channel, a provider of an online marketing tool for the institutional investment community, and Mvalue.com, a venture-backed direct marketing company. In both cases, Ms. Grinker was instrumental in the design, implementation, and management of all human resources and administrative functions.
Ms. Grinker also spent five years at Monitor Group, headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for the firm's global recruiting operations. While at Monitor Group, Ms. Grinker managed a team of recruiting coordinators based in the US, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, the UK, and Hong Kong. Ms. Grinker began her professional career in human resources in 1995.
Ms. Grinker holds a Bachelor of Arts in international affairs from The George Washington University. Ms. Grinker also maintains Series 24 NASD principal designation.
